Ms. Mary Schwab

Welcome to 6th Grade Science!!!! 

I am Mary Schwab and this is my 7th year teaching at Haggard MS.  I spent my first year at Haggard teaching 7th Grade Science, and this will be my 6th year teaching 6th Grade Science with Ed Craig.....I LOVE it!!!  I'm very excited about returning to 7th Grade Science for two class periods this school year.....it's really special seeing familiar faces in my classroom.

In addition to my time in the Science classrooms, I am also the 6th Grade Academic Team Lead and the Sponsor for the Haggard Student Council (StuCo).

Haggard has been a part of my family for 12 years now - my 23-year-old son and my 20-year-old daughter were both Haggard Eagles!!!

When I'm not at school, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, binge watching TV, traveling - near and far, and I especially like shopping at estate sales, flea markets and online auctions. I currently have a shop at a local antique mall!!!

I am looking forward to sharing my love of 6th and 7th Grade Science with all of my students this year.....Mr. Craig and I like to believe that science is serious fun!!!
